Week 13
Fallen tree in my path this morning – it was about 500mm diameter – hurdled it and sprinted off –well maybe not – I was relieved to find I could get round it even though I got nettle sting on my legs. Tons of mud to enjoy just now but its slippy as hell – festival muddy – body seems happier on the trail runs - less impact so that good at least I know why I was getting leg and joint pain - Still stuck at 3miles – and getting impatient – seems like I have been doing the whole half hour run thing for ages now – 3 miles wont cut it for race day.
