Week 15
my demise has not happened yet - will run on sunday and have now amended my programme -its now a slower build and fingers crossed this will work out. sunday is important run I am gonna take it real easy make sure that I remain fit. Been thinking of a santa run but couldn't believe the price 20 for me and 10 for the girls simple maths £50 for the family - okay so it includes the suit still - no thanks itll be raining.
